9 X& g/ W% R# y! jProject/Technical Manager will work within a multi-disciplinary team to perform and/or support a variety of tasks associated with EMSI's green building consulting business, including: 7 @, x& @" C$ a' ^' U9 V( q5 b
-Work with EMSI planners, architects, and engineers to provide sustainable design recommendations;
4 ?4 ?* b) X5 O" Q4 h-Provide technical assistance to implement EMSI's current projects, which include data collection; project coordination, building simulation etc;
w1 L3 L2 o% ^7 Z2 X+ `-LEED certification process management;
3 o$ G; c' f4 H6 D3 Q* e+ f-Research and evaluate building material and technology providers;
3 I" f6 F; e, }' [ t8 p-Prepare professional presentations, business proposals and deliverables for prospects and clients.: H' Y# I* E* G. U" N
_Evaluates and analyzes the market potential and trend of new and existing technology disclosures. 6 K: m+ C. S- n# t _: J
_Performs market studies, formulate marketing plans, identifies potential licensees, writes non-confidential technology summaries and markets selected technologies to identified prospects. * x; A% o5 v' \3 [) j/ s
_Drafts, negotiates and executes all forms of technology transfer agreements with guidance from GM and US counterpart. % I$ u; Y9 n, H. I E
_Monitors existing agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms; negotiates and writes amendments as needed; ensures the protection of knowledge proprietary rights. ! f3 }2 D5 B }( O
_Summarizes marketing information for technologies at EMSI meetings for review. , u/ P7 a% Y0 ]
_Maintains disclosure records, databases and summaries; creates reports detailing current technology status and licensing activity. / S# g. `- ~5 M/ `# ~( {' c3 \
_Performs other job-related duties as required.! _* I' u" ]& D: y# v

Major in Architecture ,HVAC or Civil Engineering or other fields of study related to the building industry; ) v# z: D& Z: {9 F
At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in design institutes or other building industries;
; S& a Z9 Q; U0 O" i* eExcellent communication skills; 0 A0 J2 `+ x- i6 T2 @, e
Good spoken and written skills in English;
